1. Orders and Payment

Once you place an order on our website, our team will verify your order within 24 hours. Based on past order or return history, you may be asked to pay the delivery charge upfront. Your order will only be dispatched after any required delivery charge is received and verified.

Payment Structure:
The product cost is payable in cash when you receive your order. Any required delivery charge must be paid in advance through bKash. Orders are considered confirmed only after any required delivery charge is received and verified.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, product unavailability, payment issues, or failed verification. In such cases, any delivery charges paid will be handled according to our refund policy outlined in Section 4.


2. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to deliver your order within 2-3 business days across Bangladesh after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including supply chain disruptions, adverse weather conditions, courier delays, or regional accessibility issues.

Once your order is dispatched, we will provide you with tracking information where available. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and being available to receive your order.


3. Product Information and Accuracy

Our jewelry and accessories are carefully sourced from trusted suppliers to ensure quality. We make every effort to display accurate product information, including descriptions, images, and specifications on our website.

Please note that minor variations in color, design, or finish may occur due to different screen settings, lighting conditions, and the handcrafted nature of some items. Product images serve as visual references and may differ slightly from the actual item you receive. These variations do not affect the quality or functionality of the product.

4. Returns, Refunds, and Inspections

We will arrange a replacement or correction for verified issues only if the product was refused at the time of delivery.

No Returns After Acceptance: Once you accept delivery of your order, no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted under any circumstances. This policy applies to all situations, including but not limited to change of mind, sizing issues, color preferences, or dissatisfaction with the product.

Delivery Charge Refund Policy: Delivery charges paid via bKash are non-refundable in all circumstances, including refused deliveries, failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability, order cancellations after dispatch, change of mind, or any other reason. Please ensure you are certain about your purchase before paying the delivery charge.
